5. How long is the warranty?

* This limited warranty is limited to select Beco brand products. To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is only valid from the date of purchase for a total of 7 days.

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or limited. Vaptio disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.

6. How can I contact you for warranty claims?

*Please contact us or send an email to support@becovapemy.com. Include a description of the problem and your order number. We may ask you to provide photos or videos proving the problem. Our customer service will assist you with warranty service. We will provide you with an Authorized Return Form for return or exchange. Please note that we will reject any unauthorized returns. Customers are advised to ship products back to us using a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for any packages damaged, stolen or lost in transit.

This warranty may be void if any of the following occurs:

– Customer is unable to provide the original purchase receipt upon request

– Product failure or damage caused by use outside of the recommended operating conditions

– Product failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids

– Product failure or damage caused by use of non-Vaptio components

– The product is faulty or damaged due to misuse, accident, abuse, contact with liquid, fire or other external causes

– The product or parts have been modified in any way

– The glass, casing or battery is damaged or worn

– The product has been damaged in any way due to improper cleaning and maintenance.

– The product is sold through unauthorized dealers (including unauthorized Internet dealers).

This warranty does not cover personal items or consumables and accessories, including but not limited to: user manuals, packaging, accessories, atomizers, RBAs, mouthpieces, cartridges, coils, lanyards and holsters.

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with parts and products of other manufacturers or suppliers.

We reserve the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims. We may modify the content of this warranty at any time
